These gatherings are dependent, not only on the food/drink you bring, but also, as noted above, on your eagerness to do your share and volunteer. Eight to ten friendly volunteer hosts are needed to assist the Party Coordinators in the setup and takedown of the tables and chairs, keep the food tables neat, and visit with the other members.
Additionally, our Reception Coordinators, Mary Parrott and Nancy Mooney, need your help to assist with the new SCCSC policy that requires weekly sign-ins by all who attend.
Finally, these special events provide the opportunity for you to express your appreciation
to the guides who volunteer at Senior Ski Day programs sponsored by local resorts.
